There are seven chakras or energy centres in our body that are responsible for proper functioning of body, mind and heart. When any one of them is low on energy, the system malfunctions and the associated part of the body gets dis-eased. This low energy can be felt much before it manifests itself in the physical body as a disease. Upon energizing the chakra again, the disease dissolves, helping us to live a disease free, stress free, and blissful healthy life. There is a direct relationship between our emotions and these Energy centers. Through this blog, we hope to bring clarity to this concept in the form of jokes and short stories. May it inspire you to read Guaranteed Solutions and also undergo Life Bliss Program (also called Ananda Spurana Program). Nithyanandam! |
